The PA-757G J08 is a Crystal Black and High Glossy ABS Resin. For Environmental Protection Issue, Painting procedures may be omitted. Besides, the High Flow property can make the end-products shaping easy.

Applications :

LCD TV/ monitor, DVD / Audio products and so on.

Processing Guide :

Pre-drying the resin for 3 hours at 85°90C
The injection temperature of barrel is among 180~230C.
The mold temperature is about 60C.
Do not retain the hot melt in the barrel for a long time between injection cycles.
